Her up front, in your face, in your heart style of delivery leaves audiences longing for more and challenged to act on visions and dreams unfulfilled.
Dr. Gail is the founder and CEO of the Handle Your Business Girl Empowerment Network where she helps women to handle their business where they do business, in the work place and as entrepreneurs. She also served as the founder and Director of the European Executive Women’s Forum, the first active European Network of the National Association for Female Executives (NAFE). She hosted the first European conference and appeared in Executive Female, the official publication for the organization.
She is the daughter and wife of US military veterans and lived in the Far East for over four years and in Europe for over ten years. These diverse experiences allow her to relate to diverse audiences. She has spoken to groups internationally, including the US Army and Air Force European and South Korean Command, the City of Durham, the University of North Carolina’s Public Education Television (UNC-TV), and Clemson University.
A gifted and much sought after communicator, Dr. Gail delivers messages that provoke others to action. She is bold, creative, amusing, compassionate and wise, all within the first few minutes of her sessions. During her presentations, audiences laugh, cry, and come to a deeper understanding of purpose for their lives.

Dr. Gail is a member of the University of North Carolina’s Public Education Television (UNC-TV) Literacy Advisory Board, the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI), the Advanced Writers and Speakers Network (AWSA), the International Speakers Network (ISN), and the National Association for Female Executives (NAFE). She holds a BS in Criminal Justice, MA in Public Relations, and PhD in Counseling.
